Uniphar Commercial transforms compliant engagement with HCP Collect launch

Uniphar Commercial has announced the launch of HCP Collect, a new digital solution designed to help pharmaceutical companies turn every HCP interaction into compliant, actionable engagement.

Built to address capturing and activating consent in a compliant and scalable way as one of the most persistent challenges in pharma engagement, HCP Collect enables organisations to convert real-world interactions into structured, CRM-ready data that supports measurable commercial outcomes.

As expectations around compliance, personalisation and measurable ROI continue to grow, many organisations are investing heavily in engagement activity, from events to omnichannel campaigns. However, the ability to capture usable consent, activate it quickly and translate it into meaningful interaction remains inconsistent.

HCP Collect has been developed to close that gap.

Commenting on the launch, Emma Hedges, Head of Digital Customer Experience at Uniphar Commercial, said: “We’re seeing a growing disconnect between engagement activity and actual outcomes. Teams are investing in events, content and omnichannel strategies, but they’re not always able to capture and use that interaction effectively.

HCP Collect was designed to solve that. It ensures that every interaction, whether at an event or in a meeting, becomes something you can actually use, from compliant consent through to structured data and follow-up engagement.”

Turning interaction into action

Designed for use across meetings, events and field engagement, HCP Collect enables teams to capture digital consent quickly and compliantly, while simultaneously sharing relevant content in real time.

The platform’s mobile-first design allows it to operate seamlessly across tablet and smartphone devices, including offline environments, with data automatically synchronised once reconnected.

Structured data is captured at source and delivered in a CRM-ready format, enabling organisations to:

  • activate HCPs immediately after interaction
  • improve data quality and segmentation
  • build consent-driven engagement journeys
  • and create measurable progression from activity to impact.

Dom Oxenford, Head of Digital at Uniphar Commercial, added: “What makes the difference now isn’t just reaching HCPs, it’s what you can do with that interaction afterwards.

HCP Collect gives teams the ability to move quickly from engagement to activation, with complete confidence in compliance and data integrity. That’s where we’re seeing the biggest impact on both engagement quality and commercial performance.”

A practical solution to a growing challenge

HCP Collect reflects a broader shift in how pharma needs to approach engagement. While interaction opportunities remain valuable, their impact is increasingly defined by what happens after the interaction itself. Without reliable consent capture, structured data and the ability to act quickly, engagement risks resetting with each activity rather than building over time.

HCP Collect addresses this by ensuring that every interaction becomes:

  • compliant
  • connected
  • commercially usable.

Designed for scale, built for speed

HCP Collect can be deployed within 2-4 weeks, depending on configuration and branding requirements, and can be scaled across therapy areas, brands and portfolios.

Key benefits include:

  • increased consent capture across events and field interactions
  • faster activation into follow-up campaigns
  • improved CRM data quality and segmentation
  • offline capability for seamless use in all environments
  • greater visibility of engagement performance and ROI.

Mark Ward, Client Solutions Director at Uniphar Commercial, said: “We often see a gap between access and adoption, and a big part of that comes down to how effectively engagement is captured and activated.

HCP Collect gives teams the ability to move from interaction to action quickly, with the confidence that what they’re capturing is compliant, structured and ready to support ongoing engagement. This is where engagement starts to translate into measurable impact.”

Meeting the needs of modern engagement

As pharma organisations continue to adapt to reduced face-to-face access, increased digital competition and growing compliance scrutiny, solutions like HCP Collect are becoming essential to ensuring that engagement efforts remain effective.

By connecting interaction with activation, HCP Collect enables teams to move beyond activity and towards sustained, measurable engagement.

Uniphar Commercial is now working with pharma, to implement HCP Collect as part of their wider engagement strategies.
