Dr Aline Gégout is Global Head of Operations and Quality at Roche Diabetes Care. After starting with the company in 2009, she has held multiple leadership positions, including leader of a chemical production in Germany, matrix leader in a global environment for different business units, and as Head of Operations in a diagnostics business area before accepting her current role in Diabetes Care in 2021.
